Edit the business profile customers see on WhatsApp
Photo, about text, category, description, address, email and websites, saved straight to WhatsApp from the connected number card.

On the "Connected number" card, press "Edit profile" (admins) or "View profile" (everyone else). The "Business profile" dialog shows a live preview of how the profile looks in WhatsApp.

| Display name | Read only. It is set during Meta’s verification of your number and cannot be changed here. |
Press "Save to WhatsApp" to publish, or "Discard" to drop the changes. The profile is a Cloud API feature; a number linked by QR code has no profile to edit here.
