When the trial or a plan ends

The sidebar counts down with "Trial ends in N days" or, in the last 30 days of a paid plan, "Renews in N days". When the date passes, the workspace drops to the Free level.

• Still working: the inbox, customers and the dashboard. Nothing is deleted.
• Locked: templates, broadcasts, flows, the AI agent, the Follow-up centre, orders, the Messenger inbox, Shopify, couriers, and linking a new number by QR code. A locked page says "{Plan} Required" with an "Upgrade Plan" button.
• The sidebar shows "Plan expired" with "Renew", and Settings › "Plan & Billing" shows "Expired on {date}". Seats drop to 2 until a plan is active again.

Renewing is the same bank-transfer checkout as a first payment.
