What each plan includes
The features each plan unlocks, the seat limits, and which limits are hard.

Every plan runs on the official WhatsApp Business API with the shared team inbox, customers and dashboard. Current prices are on the pricing page; the features behind each plan are these:

The trial unlocks everything with the trial limits: 2 seats, 100 customers, 2 flows and 1,000 messages a month. Inviting a member, adding a customer or creating a flow beyond the limit is refused. Messages are counted, and from 80 percent of the monthly allowance the sidebar shows "Messages N% used", but sending is never blocked. Settings › "Plan & Billing" shows the usage of each limit.
Meta’s own message charges are separate and are billed to your WhatsApp Business Account.
