Who sent this message? The labels on outgoing messages
Every outgoing bubble names its sender, so a shared inbox never leaves the team guessing.

Each outgoing message in a conversation carries a small label with its sender:
- "You": a message you sent from the inbox.
- A teammate’s name: sent by that agent from the inbox.
- "Phone app": sent from the WhatsApp Business app on the phone, when the connected number is still used there too.
- "Broadcast": part of a campaign from the Broadcast page.
- "AI agent": written by the AI agent.
- "Automation": sent by a flow or an order automation.
- "System": sent by the platform itself.
