Send photos, videos, documents, voice notes, templates and products
The paperclip menu, the preview with captions, Meta’s size limits, and how images are prepared before they go out.

The paperclip in the composer opens four choices: "Document", "Photos & videos", "Template message" and "Product catalogue". The microphone button records a voice note, which the customer receives as a WhatsApp voice note.
Preview before sending
Pick one or several files. Each one appears in a preview where you can add a caption, move between files, add more, and remove any you picked by mistake. "Send N files" sends them in order; closing the preview asks you to confirm so a picked file is not lost by accident.

A photo larger than 250 KB is saved and sent as a JPEG at most 2048 pixels on its long side, the size WhatsApp’s own HD photos use; a PNG with a transparent background stays PNG. Smaller images are kept exactly as uploaded. Documents and videos are sent exactly as uploaded.
