Tags: organise customers and target broadcasts
Tags come in with the CSV import and drive the audience of a broadcast.

A tag is a word you attach to a customer, such as vip or karachi. Tags arrive with a CSV import (the tags column, separated by |) and show on the customer in the list. A flow can also add a tag to a customer with its "Add Tag" step.
On the Broadcast page the audience step lists every tag with the number of customers carrying it. Include the tags you want, exclude the ones you do not, search by name or number, and "Select filtered" picks everyone who matches.
A customer marked as blocked never receives a broadcast, even when a tag they carry is selected.
