Connect your Shopify store

Shopify is part of the Enterprise plan and the trial. Open "Shopify settings"; the tabs are "Connection", "Automation", "AI orders" and "Cart recovery".

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings › Apps and sales channels › Develop apps and create a custom app, which gives you an API key and an API secret key.
2. In the "Store credentials" card enter the "Store URL" (your-store.myshopify.com), the "API key" and the "API secret key", then press "Connect store".
3. Shopify asks you to approve the app and sends you back. The connection is saved, and your products start syncing into the AI agent’s knowledge base.
4. In the "Live order sync" card press "Register now". Until that is done, orders arrive only when you press "Sync orders" on the Orders page.

To disconnect, press "Disconnect store" and then "Save changes".
